  1.  If you did not complete the inventory, it may have “timed out” on you. Re-register and try again.
  2. You may need to access from a different web browser; try Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.
  3. There may be a system mismatch with your computer; try to take the inventory from a different computer.
